Upcoming book discussions:

September 11, 2017

Between the World and Me

by Ta-Nehisi Coates

Webster University Library is excited to announce an Online Book Club! The club will be an extension of our face-to-face book club, which meets at the Home Campus in St. Louis, MO. By reading and discussing the same book, Webster students from all locations and walks of life can come together as a community. The first discussion will begin September 11, 2017 in the Facebook group.

Our first book is Between the World and Me by Ta-Nehisi Coates. This National Book Award Winner is a short but moving read on race and parenthood in America. To find a library near you with a copy of the book, visit OCLC Worldcat and enter your zipcode.
We look forward to hearing thoughtful responses of students who study online, at metro & military sites and international campuses, and those who cannot attend the on-campus book club meeting!
